Common issues
A reviewer did not receive the email
Check the reviewer email address, ask them to look in spam, and copy the secure review link directly from the request if you need to share it manually.
I need to replace a file that was already sent
Upload a new version on the request. Reviewers are reset to pending so the next decision maps to the new version instead of the old one.
I want reminders but I am on Free
Automatic reminders begin on Agency. Free covers the core workflow without scheduled follow-up.
