Review Links
Each reviewer gets a unique, secure link. They can view files, leave comments, pin annotations on images, and submit their decision without creating an account.

Reminders
Keep reviews on track with automatic and manual reminders.

I can't find my review request
Check the status filter on the Requests page. Archived and resolved requests are hidden by default. Use the search bar or change the filter to "All" to see everything.
A reviewer says they didn't receive an email
Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. You can also copy the review link directly from the request detail page and share it manually. If the issue persists, try revoking and regenerating the link.
I uploaded the wrong file
Upload a corrected version using the "+ New Version" button on the request detail page. The old version is preserved in the history, and all reviewers are automatically reset to pending so they review the latest file.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings, then Billing, and click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices.
Can I recover a deleted file?
Deleted files stay in the Trash for 7 days. Go to Storage, then Trash, and click Restore. After 7 days, files are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
How do I transfer workspace ownership?
Go to Settings, then Team. Click the menu next to the team member you want to make the new owner and select "Transfer ownership". Only the current owner can do this.
