ApproveWell is client approval software for agencies and service teams. Teams can upload a file or paste a URL, share secure review links, collect comments and decisions without client accounts, track versions, and keep a full approval trail in one place.
No. External reviewers open their secure review link and can view the asset, comment, and submit a decision without signing up.
Reviewers can pin comments on images, leave page-specific comments on PDFs, add timestamp-based comments on videos, and write general comments on documents or URLs.
ApproveWell supports images, PDFs, videos, Office documents, text files, CSV or JSON files, and external URLs. Uploads are limited to 100MB per file.
Upload a new version on any request to preserve the full history of revisions. Reviewers are reset to pending on the new version so signoff always matches the latest file under review.
Automatic reminders are available on Agency and Agency Pro. Set a cadence per request and ApproveWell emails reviewers who still have not responded.
Yes. Free is available immediately with one workspace, three team members, ten active requests, and 1GB of storage. No credit card is required.

New signups start on the free plan. If a workspace owner starts Agency checkout from billing, the Agency plan can begin with a 14-day free trial and then continue as a monthly Agency subscription unless it is canceled first.
ApproveWell records review activity such as request creation, reviewer invites, link views, comments, decisions, reminders, version uploads, and status changes. Audit export is available on Agency and Agency Pro.
Files are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, uploads are scanned on receipt, and review links use cryptographically random tokens that can be revoked.
